We had such an amazing week and had so much fun visiting all of our family and friends. Colin really started smiling this week, and it's no wonder at all the fun things we experienced! My pictures are kind of backwards (always are--I need to remember to load them backwards), so we'll start with yesterday and work our way back to where the last post left off.

Friday we had to dress up for being at the barn and wear our new overalls! I don't know that Colin really cares what he wears, but he sure looks cute! He also smiled a mean streak all day Friday.

I had to post this picture just to show how possessive he is of his food. See how he's protecting his bottle by placing his fists on either side? Just leave the bottle where it is and nobody gets hurt!

Colin's first ride on the Mule to check the cows

Dad was so excited about Colin coming down, he kept telling me he was going to have Colin on a horse before the week was through...well, that wasn't going to happen. So, Colin rode on the Mule instead! We went out to check on the cows and let Colin see them, but unfortunately Colin passed out before we even got to the middle pasture and they were WAY in the back. He likes to ride I guess.

Great Papaw came to see Colin everyday we were there!

Colin loved seeing his Great Papaw (GP) all the time and getting held by GP. Colin had a special treat when GP fed him his bottle!! We all love GP very much!!

Memee and Colin were both wiped out after a fun (but long) day in Little Rock.

My Mom came along for the ride on Thursday when we went to Little Rock to help out with Colin when we went to visit family and friends. After we got home, both Colin and Mom fell asleep in the recliner. You can tell he's really tired when that hand goes up towards your face.

My friend Becca is expecting her first baby, Ella Jane, in September! It was great to see her cute little pregnant belly and her new house. We miss them being close to us, but I know their family is glad to have them closer--especially with Ella almost here. While Becca was holding Colin, Ella was kicking away! When Ella would kick Becca's belly where Colin was, his little hands would shoot straight up in the air! They're already picking on each other. It's the beginning of a beautiful friendship!

Colin's cousins: Augusta Grace and Max

Thursday we went to Tabitha and Kelly's house to meet up with some of Trey's family. Most were meeting him for the first time, a couple were saying hello again. We got to see two of Colin's MANY small cousins that will no doubt corrupt him, Augusta Grace (Shannon & Owen's daughter) and Max (Kelly & Tabitha's son). Colin met his Great Memaw along with Shannon, Tabitha, and Kelly. He was so excited to see Chris again, and of course his Boppy!
