Grateful for Small Victories

Up until this week, Colin has mostly just ignored Mason. But, he has taken a new interest in baby brother. He will go stand by the swing or cradle and just look in at Mason. He's started mocking faces that Mason makes and just dies laughing. Makes me so happy...I can see happy months and years ahead with Colin and Mason being the best of friends.

Colin has also been VERY possessive of Mas. My friend Courtney came over with her sweet baby Clark today and was looking at Mason in the swing and Colin told her "No!!! That's Mommy's Mason!!!!!" Then, this afternoon when he woke up from nap he said, "Come on, Mommy. Let's go get Mas." Then he came in my room while I was getting ready to feed him and said, "Hey!!! That's Colin's Mason!" So grateful that Colin is getting used to baby brother and loves him. Love both my sweet babies!
